1. The credit amount makes up from 1000.00 US$ to 50,000.00 US$ (or equivalent in any other currency).

2. The minimum personal contribution of the borrower at the expense of the own funds shall constitute:
for purchase of a new car of a foreign brand – 15%;  
for purchase of a new car of Ukrainian and Russian brands – 20%;
for second-hand cars purchased from car dealers – 30% and from individuals – 35% of the liquidating value of the car.

3. The interest rate makes up:
12% (in US dollars);
11.5% (in Euro);
15,5% (in the national currency);
For credits granted for a period from 3 to 6 years through:
12,5% (in US dollars);
12% (in Euro);
16,5% (in the national currency);

4. Term of the credit:
for purchase of a new car of a foreign brand – from 1 to 6 years;  
for purchase of a new car of a Russian brand – from 1 to 4 years;
for purchase of a new car of a Ukrainian brand – from 1 to 3 years;
for purchase of a second-hand car  – from 1 to 5 years.

5. The currency of credit shall be hryvnia, US dollar or Euro.

6. The security shall be the mortgage of the car that will be acquired at the expense of the credited funds.

7. The credit of the principal and the interest amounts shall be repaid on a monthly basis (early repayment of the credit shall be effected without imposing any punitive sanctions).  

8. The compulsory liability insurance of the owner and full hull insurance at the expense of the borrower for the entire period of the credit validity. 

9. The life insurance or accident insurance of the borrower.
